By accessing or using the Quantumnest Live Investment platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this Platform.
To use this Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
Quantumnest Live Investment provides a digital platform for users to invest Bitcoin in a structured system that generates returns over time. We do not offer trading, mining, financial advisory, or custodial wallet services. All investments are made at the user’s sole discretion and risk.
To access the investment services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Returns on Bitcoin investments are accrued daily based on Quantumnest's internal performance model. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Returns may fluctuate based on system performance and platform dynamics.
Withdrawals are available 7 calendar days after your initial investment. Users can initiate a withdrawal request from their dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in Bitcoin.
Quantumnest applies a 25% performance compensation fee on the weekly accumulated interest of your investment. This fee supports platform sustainability and is deducted at the point of withdrawal. It is not charged on your principal deposit.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activity
Impersonate another individual or falsify identity
Disrupt or compromise the integrity of the Platform
Circumvent platform limits or withdrawal policies
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
While we take appropriate measures to secure your data and transactions, you acknowledge that use of the internet involves inherent risks. Quantumnest will not be liable for losses due to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Quantumnest does not offer personalised investment advice or guarantee profits. All decisions are made solely by the user. Users are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence before investing.
Quantumnest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of investment, data, profits, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantumnest Live Investment is legally registered. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
